The Municipal Council met today to file lodging plans for Jewish popular apartment houses to be built beyond the Yarkon River.
The Palestine government has leased to the municipality, the only all-Jewish city in the world, 700 dunams of land for building the apartments.
The new houses are expected to aid in reducing rents, which have risen to inordinate levels as a result of land scarcity.
