The Palestine Government issued an announcement according to which the Tel Aviv residents have no right to participate in the Jaffa elections. The Tel Aviv leaders pointed to the fact that under Article 11 of the Tel Aviv Constitution, the Tel Aviv residents are granted the right to participate in Jaffa elections.
