The municipality of Tel Aviv will award an annual prize of £50 for the best works in Hebrew Literature and in Jewish science.
The award is to be known as the Bialik prize in honor of the distinguished Hebrew poet, Chaim Nachman Bialik whose sixtieth birthday this month was the occasion of a country wide celebration.
