Tel Aviv will not be considered a candidate to host the Olympics as long as there is no peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians, the president of the International Olympic Committee said. Juan Antonio Samaranch made the comment during a visit to Israel, which was reeling from a suicide bombing last Friday at a Tel Aviv disco.
