Samuel Seiderman will be installed president of the congregation of Temple Petach Tikvah, Rochester avenue and Lincoln place, Brooklyn, at exercises tomorrow night in the temple’s auditorium.
Other officers to be inducted include: vice-presidents. Abraham Halperin, Abraham Schulman and David Isacowitz; secretary, Leonard D. Abrams; treasurer, Samuel Sasulsky; financial secretary, Louis J. Orloff.
