Vice-Chancellor James F. Fielder has issued an order directing Morris Rinzler of Passaic to show cause in Chancery Court here tomorrow why he should not be permanently restrained from interfering with meetings of Congregation Tifereth Israel in Passaic.
The congregation, in its petition seeking the restraint, reports that Rinzler was suspended as president on July 29 after he had failed to appear before a grievance committee to defend himself against charges of conduct unbecoming a member and officer. Rinzler, is is charged, refused to relinquish his chair.
