The tenth anniversary of the death of Rabbi Stephen Wise, founder of the American Jewish Congress and the World Jewish Congress, was marked here today at a memorial service held at Stephen Wise Congress House. Chief Judge Simon E. Sobeloff of the Fourth U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals delivered the eulogy. Dr. Joachim Prinz of Newark. N.J., president of the American Jewish Congress, also spoke.
