A terrorist was killed early Tuesday morning in a clash between the Israel Defense Force and a terrorist gang on the boundary of the southern Lebanon security zone near Bint Jbail, an IDF spokesman announced Tuesday. There were no Israeli casualties.
Personal arms, a Katyusha rocket and two anti-vehicle mines were found near the body of the slain terrorist, the spokesman said. The terrorist squad apparently intended to infiltrate into the security zone to plant mines on roads used by IDF vehicles.
