A Texas industrialist who is seeking agreement of the North Vietnam authorities to deliver 75 tons of gifts and supplies for the estimated 1,400 American prisoners of war in North Vietnam, believes that there area about 100 Jews among the prisoners.

H. Ross Perot, the head of the "United We Stand." organization, who organized the air flit, included Bibles for the Jewish prisoners supplied to him by the commission on Jewish chaplaincy of the National Jewish Welfare Board. The plane and the supplies it carried were held up in Bangkok while Mr. Perot sought permission from Hanoi to proceed. North Vietnamese officials in Paris described his mission as "a provocative action."
