That the disorderly acts of persons concerned, condemned by the board at the time of occurence, in no way reflect the policy of the hospital administration, but was purely a personal act of those concerned and, reprehensible as it was, did not merit introduction of class or sectional feeling was declared in a statement issued by the Medical Board of Kings County Hospital replying to charges made against the institution in the report submitted to Mayor Walker by Commissioner of Accounts James A. Higgins.
