The 10th International Book Fair opened here Monday with the expectation that at least 100,000 visitors will attend. About 350 publishers from 46 countries are participating, including a number of countries which have no diplomatic relations with Israel. This prompted or ganizers of the fair to observe that it had political as well as commercial value.
