The advisory council of Switzerland’s Holocaust Memorial Fund approved allocating some $170 million to Jewish Holocaust survivors. The fund’s executive board is expected to meet Wednesday to ratify the allocation, which is in addition to the $11 million allocated last year by the fund, according to the secretary-general of the World Jewish Congress, Israel Singer.
