The alleged gunman in last Friday’s attack on the Seattle Jewish federation will be charged with an array of crimes, including first-degree murder. Naveed Afzal Haq, 30, also has been charged with five counts of attempted murder in the first degree, kidnapping in the first degree, burglary in the first degree and malicious harassment.
