The American Jewish Congress has called on the Reagan Administration to support a bipartisan resolution in the Senate and House that would require the U.S. to suspend its participation in the UN General Assembly and withhold its assessed contribution to the UN if “Israel or any other democratic state is expelled, suspended, denied its credentials or denied its rights.”
