The Anti-Defamation League praised a Supreme Court ruling upholding military detainees’ rights to U.S. courts. No branch of the federal government should be excluded from the war on terrorism, the group said in a statement Monday, the day of the decision. The Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism also backed the ruling.
