The Arab congress scheduled to meet tomorrow at Algiers will “send a proclamation to the Moslem world denouncing the indefensible aggression which has just covered Albania’s soil with the blood of our brothers,” a spokesman for Libyan Moslems living in Tunisia said tonight. “This crime,” he said, “will definitely enlighten the Moslems as to Il Duce’s true aims at conquest and domination.”
