The Arab Executive has sent to the Jerusalem Bureau of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency a
statement to the effect that King Hussein in an interview with the Palestinian delegations, declared that before signing an Anglo-Arab treaty he will consult the Arabs of Palestine. Hussein’s aim, the statement says he told the Palestinian delegations, is an independent Palestine.
