The Belgian Communist Party Political Bureau condemned on Tuesday the way dissidents are being tried in the Soviet Union. Expressing concern, it said: “Our international solidarity (with the USSR) should in no way be extended to bureaucratic practices which affect the essence of socialist democracy.”
