The body of an Israeli man was found Monday near Israel’s border with Lebanon. Missing since March 15, Yitzhak Kabartov, the 54-year-old head of security at Kibbutz Manara, was found in a riverbed near the kibbutz. Israeli security officials suspect that Palestinians seized Kabartov and forced him to open a warehouse from which they stole 60 automatic rifles before killing him.
