The brother of the Chasidic man killed in the 1991 Crown Heights riots will fight a court decision calling for a new trial for the two men convicted of the slaying. Norman Rosenbaum told JTA that he plans to fly from Australia to New York in the coming days. “I have a team of lawyers already in place to see what options are available,” he said. Rosenbaum has already made more than 100 trips from his Melbourne home to the United States in his fight to seek convictions for the killers of his brother, Yankel.
