The Bush administration reportedly has come to believe that Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat should be exiled. Israel’s Army Radio reported Saturday that the White House believes that the Palestinian leader is “more part of the problem than the solution” and that exiling him would facilitate President Bush’s vision for peace.
