The Bush administration will unveil a “finalized” version of the “road map” when the Palestinian Authority Cabinet is confirmed, Secretary of State Colin Powell said. Speaking to foreign reporters Tuesday, Powell said that “comments” would be welcomed from both parties and considered by the diplomatic Quartet that drafted the plan.
