The campaign of the United Palestine Appeal will be launched in St. Joseph, Mo. on January 31.
Dr. I. H. Drober has been named chairman of the campaign, Dr. J. Kangieser, Harry Block, and Rabbi Myron M. Mayer, vice chairman.
The Jewish population of St. Joseph is estimated at 2,500. A quota of $6,500 will be sought.
