The Canadian Jewish Congress, as in years past, has dispatched Passover foodstuffs to the Jewish community of Cuba to help its members celebrate the holiday. The CJC’s Moes Chittin Project sent the Cuban Jews $16,000 in matzoh and matzoh products, oil, and wine several months ago, timed to arrive before the Passover festival.
