The charge that the Hungarian authorities instigated the anti-Semitic student riots was made today by Charles Rassa, Liberal member of parliament, writing in the Hungarian newspaper, “Pesti Naplo.”

Their purpose was to show Geneva that public opinion in Hungary is against changing the numerus claususs, Rassa writes.
