The chief rabbi of Ramat Gan wants to work with rabbis in other Israeli cities to raise funds to purchase bullet-proof cars for Jewish residents of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The move by Rabbi Ya’acov Azriel comes days after he survived a shooting attack in the West Bank because he was traveling in a specially protected car.
