The CIA reportedly is refusing access to documents detailing the agency’s recruitment of Nazi war criminals. This refusal comes despite a 1998 law requiring full access to such records. Historians say at least five associates of Nazi leader Adolf Eichmann worked for the CIA, and the agency tried to recruit dozens more.
