The coat of arms of the Spanish town of Tudela was affixed yesterday to the facade of a house on the Jerusalem street named for Benjamin de Tudela, the 12th Century Jewish traveller and chronicler, at ceremonies attended by the Spanish Consul General, Alberto Pasqual Villar. Senor Villar spoke in Spanish and translated his own remarks into Hebrew.
