The daughter of Israel’s ambassador to Britain was released from a Peruvian prison where she was serving a sentence for drug smuggling. Lee Heifetz, daughter of Ambassador Zvi Heifetz, had her sentence of six years and eight months commuted after serving 18 months in jail. She was arrested two years ago after nearly 10 pounds of cocaine were found in her possession as she boarded a flight leaving Peru.
