The Dutch Council of Churches and Dutch Roman Catholic Bishops have decided not to issue baptismal certificates to Dutch travelers, The voyagers have been asked to produce the certificates in order to obtain tourist and business visas for Arab countries. This measure has been tagged as discriminatory against Jews and therefore condemned by Dutch churches. The bishops have advised priests under them not to issue the certificates.
