The Dutch war criminal Siert Bruins who was arrested last week in Hagen, West Germany where he has lived ever since May, 1945, claims he cannot be extradited to Holland as he is now no longer a Dutch citizen. Bruins lived all these years in West Germany under the slightly adapted name of Siegfried Bruns. The West German authorities will now have to examine whether his claim is correct. Meanwhile, he remains under detention.
