The family of a soldier lynched by a Palestinian mob last month in Ramallah sued the Palestinian Authority and its president, Yasser Arafat. The family of Vadim Nourezitz, one of two soldiers killed by the mob, said the Palestinian police made it known to the public that it was holding the soldiers.
