The first group of refugees from Kosovo to be resettled by American Jewish groups is scheduled to arrive Thursday in the United States. More than 30 refugees who will stay in the New York area are to be assisted by the New York Association of New Arrivals. About 32 people are expected to be resettled in Los Angeles, and five to go to New Jersey.
