The first results of yesterday’s state elections in Thuringen and in the municipal elections in Bavaria indicate a rapidly growing anti-Semitic and Hitlerite movement. In the cities of Weimar, Kisenach, Gera and Jena, the Hitlerites gained four times as many seats as they had in previous elections. In Munich, the Hitlerites won eight seats where they formerly only had four. In Cobourg, by electing 13 aldermen, they gained a majority in the city hall.
