The former publisher of the Israeli daily Ma’ariv was convicted last week on charges that included obstructing justice, fraud, breach of trust, witness harassment and falsifying documents. Ofer Nimrodi, who hasn’t been sentenced, initially faced charges of wiretapping the offices of competitor Yediot Achronot.
