The former U.S. Middle East peace envoy had some advice for his successor. The new envoy, Anthony Zinni, should bring with him a checklist of what Israel and the Palestinian Authority have agreed to do in the name of peace, and hold them to it, Dennis Ross told Fox News on Monday. Speaking shortly after U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell announced that he is dispatching Zinni to the Middle East, Ross said, “You have to hold people accountable. You have to be in their face.”
