The French palace at Rambouillet where the Kosovo peace talks are being held contains works of art that were looted by the Nazis and never returned to their rightful owners, according to the World Jewish Congress. The WJC said it had discovered the artworks were in the palace by matching up several French government reports on some 2,000 such works placed in French care after the war and never returned.
