The full security clearance of the U.S. ambassador to Israel was reinstated in light of the ongoing violence in the Middle East, according to the State Department. Martin Indyk, whose clearance was suspended recently because of “suspected violations” of security standards, will now have access to classified information. But once the situation in the region stabilizes his clearance will be re-evaluated.
