The German drug company Bayer participated in World War II atrocities committed by Nazi doctors who experimented on Jews, according to a suit filed by a Holocaust survivor. The suit was filed in Indiana by Eva Kor, who with her sister was among hundreds of twins experimented on by Nazi doctor Josef Mengele at the Auschwitz concentration camp. Kor contends that Bayer collaborated in those experiments to advance its research and development program.
