The German makers of a baby food believed responsible for the deaths of several Israeli babies fired four employees. Humana said it had dismissed four managers from product development, quality control and its chemical laboratory after tests showed the kosher Remedia Super Soya 1 product contained less than one-tenth the amount of vitamin B1 advertised, Ha’aretz reported.
