The government of Grusia, Caucasus, has approved the demand of the Grusian Ozet that Jewish workers be admitted to the new silk factories in the cities Tiflis and Kutais. In Kutains, one hundred and sixty workers were employed, but Jews were rejected when they refused to work on Saturday.
