The government of Mexico has officially announced that it is ready to support and sign any international agreement against air piracy of planes to Arab states or Cuba. President Luis Echeverria Alvarez, Foreign Minister Emilio Rabasa and Minister of Interior Mario Moya Palencia and other government officials have expressed hope that the international community will finally reach an agreement against terrorism and skyjacking.
