The Hamas-led Palestinian Authority says it raised $80 million from Saudi Arabia and other Persian Gulf States. The money from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates will go toward March salaries, Finance Minister Omar Abdel-Razeq said, but falls short of the $118 million needed.
