The head of Canada’s largest newspaper chain criticized world media coverage of the Israeli- Palestinian conflict. Israel Asper, founder and chairman of CanWest Global Communications Corp., said Oct. 31 that anti-Israeli bias is a “cancer” destroying the media’s credibility.
