The head of Israel’s Mossad intelligence agency met with his Egyptian counterpart. The talks between Meir Dagan and Omar Suleiman followed the Egyptian official’s discussions Tuesday with Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat and the P.A. prime minister, Mahmoud Abbas.
