The Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society is teaming with Jewish federation agencies to begin providing legal services to refugees and immigrants in Philadelphia. Under the new project, HIAS will begin taking green card applications for the refugees it sponsors and also help with the completion of citizenship applications.
