The House International Relations Committee adopted by voice vote a resolution calling on the Palestinian Authority to prosecute the perpetrators of terror attacks that killed 11 American citizens, most of whom hold dual Israeli-U.S. citizenship. The non-binding “sense of the Congress” resolution also calls for trials in the United States unless it is “contrary to effective prosecution.”
