The installation of radio apparatus in Palestine was given official sanction by an ordinance of the Government, issued today.
The ordinance states that all inhabitants who own their homes are allowed to install in them radio sets, for receiving and broadcasting purposes. Many Palestinians have already acquired radio sets, and are listening in to concerts from distant parts of the world. The demand for the radio is greatly increasing.
