The International Committee of the Red Cross and the Magen David Adom relief agency signed their first cooperation agreement Tuesday. Francois Bellon, head of the ICRC delegation, said the agreement was “to assist the MDA in its tireless efforts to save lives and alleviate human suffering, without discrimination.”
