The International Committee of the Red Cross announced here that Israeli authorities have returned to Syria a Syrian soldier who was seriously wounded during the war in Lebanon. After being captured by the IDF he underwent several operations in Israeli hospitals, the Committee reported. He is the third Syrian soldier to be returned. Meanwhile, there are still some 30 Syrian prisoners in Israel and three Israeli soldiers remain prisoners in Syria. The PLO continues to hold eight Israeli soldiers in Lebanon, the Committee said.
